FAQ — Files, Printing & Licenses

What do I receive after checkout?
PSD (layered) or TIFF (single layer), 300 dpi, RGB. A download link appears right away and is also sent to your email.

Which software can open the files?
Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo. Other apps may open them with simplified effects.

Can I change the background and colors?
Yes for PSD (separate layers). TIFF is limited; changes are possible but manual. We can help on request: Contact us.

Is it good for big prints and billboards?
Yes — suitable for A1/A0 posters, arena/gym wall wraps, stage backdrops, banners, and billboards. For very large prints, print shops use lower dpi for long viewing distance (about 100–150 dpi for banners and 30–72 dpi for billboards). Need a bigger file? We can supply an upscaled, print-ready version. Contact us

Do you provide CMYK?
Files are RGB. Your print shop can convert to CMYK; small color shifts are normal. We can send a CMYK version if needed.

Do you add extra edge for trimming (bleed)?
Yes, on request. Tell us the final size from your print shop and we’ll prepare the file.

Which license is included by default?
Royalty-Free Multi-Use for one organization: non-exclusive, no per-use fees, unlimited projects and print runs worldwide. Not allowed: reselling or sharing the source file (PSD/TIFF), uploading it as a stock asset, giving rights to third parties, or using the source file to train AI models without our written permission. Can I make it exclusive to my brand?
Only for new artworks labeled “Exclusive.” After purchase, we remove that artwork from sale; any earlier non-exclusive licenses remain valid. Watch New Arrivals for exclusive releases. Contact us

Where can I use the artwork?
Posters, merchandise, packaging, websites, social media, event branding, and more — worldwide within your organization.

Can I register the artwork as a trademark?
Only with our written permission. Contact us

How do I get my files?
The download link appears on the website right after payment and is emailed to you. If you don’t see the email, check Spam or write to us.

Do you accept returns?
Digital files are non-refundable. If there’s a technical issue (link, archive), we will fix it or resend the files.

Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Tell us your billing details. Contact us

Can you change colors/text/size or prepare files for print?
Yes — paid customization. Share your deadline and requirements; we’ll confirm timing and budget. Contact us

Can you create full venue graphics (walls, stage, signage)?
Yes. We design complete large-format kits for events (wall wraps, backdrops, banners, navigation, podium elements).

For international orders we accept PayPal. If you need another method, ask us — options depend on your region.
